SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Time

At Ryan And Remi, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please note we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders. Be advised that orders will be delivered within approximately 7-10 business days. We need 2-4 days to process your order. Rest assured; we are doing everything we can to get your products to you as soon as possible. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales and holidays) deliveries may be a little off schedule. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Express Shipping:

We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time. We will in the near future. Please note delivery times before purchasing. 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if not received.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders. The express/premium shipping fee/option is unavailable at this time.

Shipping to More Than 150 Locations:

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Lost/Missing Packages:

Ryan & Remi is not responsible if the incorrect address is placed during checkout or if the package is undelivered for various reasons. Therefore, please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order made for you.

Customs:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. 


Tracking Your Parcels:

When your order is ready to ship, an email with tracking details will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. If you haven't received an email with an update, please check your spam and promotions folders, as your server/provider may have filtered our emails incorrectly. Due to stock availability, you may receive multiple tracking details. You may receive only one tracking number, but your order can still ship in multiple parcels.


Uncollected Parcels and Wrong Shipping Address:

If you fail to collect your parcel or provide an incorrect shipping address, the parcel will be destroyed. Ryan And Remi will not be responsible for the above reason. Please supply the correct information on your order, as incorrect addresses will mean you do not have buyer protection.

My Tracking Says, "No Information Available At The Moment":

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please get in touch with us at  hello@ryanandremi.com 

Will My Items Not Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please note that Ryan And Remi cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. However you will be refunded if item is lost in transit.
