Return & Refund Policy
We are 100% sure that you will love your Ryan & Remi purchases. But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
To start the return/exchange process, you can contact us at elizabeth@ryanandremi.com. Please have photos ready of the item. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
For Returns eligibility & conditions.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date
- Items must be in original condition, not worn and not washed with tags attached.
- Personal items such as training diapers can't be returned.
We Offer Free Shipping on Returns/Exchange
Return Shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the return label we provide then send the return package to us within 14 days after the delivery date.
If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) from the same order, you should use the return label that we will provide, and a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that additional returns must also be 14 days after the delivery date.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order you may do so within 12 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.
Refunds
We will need 5-10 days to receive and inspect items. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.
